Arsene Wenger has reportedly called Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic over a possible move to Arsenal.
According to The Sun, Wenger is already on the lookout for a replacement for Santi Cazorla, who will be out of contract with Arsenal in the summer.
And Pjanic, 26, seemingly fits the bill.
They claim Wenger has made contact with the Bosnia and Herzegovina international to see if he would be open to a switch.
And The Sun suggest Juventus will be reluctant to let him leave Turin, especially with long-term target Axel Witsel set to snub the Italian outfit in favour of a move to China.
However Arsenal will reportedly test the water with a £28m bid this month.
