Former Juventus star Carlos Tevez could become the best paid footballer in the world if he accepts to join a Chinese club for € 40 million a year.
The Argentinean star is said to have received this offer from a club playing in the Chinese Super League. Yahoo Sports Brazil has failed to specified which club have offered Tevez so much money, but Andre Villas Boas’ Shanghai SIPG are the most likely side to have placed so much money on the table as the Chinese side had already offered Tevez € 25 million-a-year when former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson was in charge of the club.
Tevez returned to Boca Juniors in summer 2015 in a free transfer from Juventus where he had netted 50 goals in 96 games in all competition winning four domestic titles and losing the 2015 Champions League final to Barcelona. The Olympic Stadium clash was the last game that Tevez played with Juventus before making return to his old club Boca Juiors.
